In 2017 Mangalis was ranked among the fastest growing hotel development project groups in Africa by W Hospitality Group Report.
We know that building a hotel can be a very complex process and this can reduce dramatically your return on investment due to delays and non-expected cost increase.
We study deeply your location and budget to come up with the best solution whether it is a new build, a conversion, adaptive reuse or mixed-use.
Currently we are developing hotels at a cost that is in general 20%-30% lower than market. Once the hotel is ready, the operational management team will start the pre-opening procedures to provide you with an astonishing opening and focus on revenue and costs during the life of the hotel.
The first flagship Noom Hotel Conakry in Guinea opened in September 2016 followed by the first highly innovative Yaas Hotel Almadies, in Dakar in December 2016 and in 2017 Seen Hotel Abidjan Plateau was unveiled. More hotels are scheduled to open by 2019, under Noom and Seen brands; in Abidjan, Pointe Noire, Cotonou and Kinshasa and many other major African cities.
